The FAAC Model S418 automated system for swing-leaf gates is an electro-mechanical operator which transmits its movement to the gate leaf by means of a worm-screw system. The irreversible system guarantees mechanical locking of the leaf when the motor is not operating. An easy-to-use release device permits movement of the leaf in case of malfunction or a power outage. The adjustable rear bracket permits the operator to be installed on most existing gate applications.

This exclusive package offered is excellent for or a Residential and medium Commercial operation. The Swing Gate provided is a column mount and handles up to a 16ft long gate at 500lbs. For your convenience the operators come with a BBU( Battery Backup) in case of power failure. Entrance and Exit to the gate via radio transmitters from your vehicle or home. A Safety feature is provided with a simple "no wire" across the road Reflective Photo Eye . Other products such as automatic exit control, keypad entry operation, card reader and intercom access  may be added. Add the S418 Slave Operator to upgrade to a dual gate system.
